Last Summer(2021)

Last Summer is a Turkish crime drama following idealist prosecutor Selim Kara, who faces an impossible choice when Selçuk Taşkın—the organized crime boss he imprisoned eight years earlier—resurfaces with a tempting offer. Taşkın promises testimony that could dismantle an entire criminal network, but only if Kara agrees to personally protect his son, Akgün Gökalp Taşkın. Caught between his principles and the chance to take down powerful criminals, Kara must navigate a dangerous web of corruption, loyalty, and moral compromise. The series explores the tension between justice and survival as he discovers that protecting one man's family may cost him everything.
