Shaq's Big Challenge(2007)

Shaq's Big Challenge is a reality series hosted by Shaquille O'Neal that aired on ABC in summer 2007. The show follows six obese middle school students from Broward County, Florida as they work with Shaq to transform their health and fitness over nine months. Starting from the morbidly obese category, the kids struggled to pass the President's Physical Fitness Test. Through the program, all six participants reached normal or overweight ranges and passed the fitness assessment across all areas. The six-episode series balances genuine emotion with humor as it documents their journey without sensationalizing their struggles.
