Tensai Bakabon(1971)

Tensai Bakabon is an anime series based on Fujio Akatsuka's absurdist family comedy manga. The show centers on Bakabon, a naive ten-year-old boy, and his chaotic household: Papa, a bumbling patriarch and the family's primary source of mayhem; Mama, the patient voice of reason; and Hajime, a newborn with preternatural intelligence gained from an unusually long gestation period. The comedy mines endless situations from Bakabon and Papa's spectacular stupidity and the exasperation of those forced to endure them.
