Better Life is a Yugoslav television series that aired from 1987 to 1991, following the everyday struggles of the Popadic family through a blend of soap opera, comedy, and drama. Created by Radiotelevision Belgrade and written by prolific Serbian screenwriter Siniša Pavić, the show became the most successful TV production in Yugoslav history. The series launched the careers of several actors, most notably Dragan Bjelogrlić, who would go on to establish himself as a successful actor, director, and producer.
