Sometimes Love is a Lie(1998)

A female surgeon desperately wants to have children but is unable to. Her pediatrician husband, meanwhile, threatens divorce in frustration. Complicating matters is the fact that his own step-brother has feelings for his wife. An operation of deceit and jealousy results in an unlikely happy ending
