Girls Rush The Animation is a two-part OVA series that follows interconnected romantic comedies. The first installment centers on a young girl admired by a boy who appreciates her cooking skills and warm personality. The second OVA shifts focus to Tokiko, who embarks on a solo journey to experience a school trip she previously missed. Along the way, she meets Dai, a helpful stranger who assists her in reaching a hotel. When Tokiko discovers she has no reservation, Dai offers to share his room. Initially dismissing her as clumsy and scatterbrained, Dai's perspective shifts after an unexpected encounter at a hot spring, where he sees a more charming side of Tokiko.
