My Almost Famous Family(2009)

My Almost Famous Family is a British children's series that aired on CBBC in 2009. The 11-part show follows a family of musicians who serve as the house band for a fictional chat show, blending comedy with music as the siblings and their parents navigate life both on and off stage. Written by Gail Renard and Emma Reeves, the series features original music by composer Richie Webb, whose work includes BBC Radio 4's 15 Minute Musical. The theme song "Almost Famous" was co-written by Webb, Steve Young, and Tom Nichols. After its initial run from September to November 2009, the BBC created an interactive companion website on CBBC featuring games, music videos, and songs from the series. The show remained a one-off production and was not renewed for additional seasons.
