Kapitein Zeppos(1964)

Kapitein Zeppos is a Belgian television series following a mysterious stranger who arrives in the small town of Belder on horseback, claiming to be Captain Zeppos. The locals greet him with suspicion and distrust, but he gradually wins over Ben Kurrel, a local resident. Zeppos reveals he has come to Belder for a reason: a stranger in Greece made him a curious offer regarding inherited land near the town. Determined to uncover the truth behind this mysterious proposition, Ben and his friend Rita Mees join Zeppos in investigating the enigma. As the trio digs deeper, they unravel secrets that challenge the town's assumptions about their unexpected visitor and test the bonds of their newfound friendship.
