Koumi-jima Shuu 7 de Umeru Mesu-tachi is a hentai anime adaptation of Aomizuan's manga, released in February 2023. The story follows Seichi Ozaki, an overprotective teacher with a passion for exploring remote islands. When the leader of Ushiha—known as the Island of Childbearing—requests his help, Seichi is tasked with becoming the island's head inseminator. For centuries, women on the island have carried pregnancies for only a week, but recent genetic deterioration among the male population has disrupted this delicate balance. Seichi must now intervene to restore the island's reproductive cycle and save its future.
