Imaginary Ritual is a series following two unemployed men who, driven by financial desperation, establish an unconventional service business that doubles as a fabricated religion. As they navigate the murky line between entrepreneurship and deception, the men must contend with the consequences of their scheme—both the practical challenges of keeping their operation afloat and the moral complications of exploiting people's spiritual yearnings. The show explores themes of survival, ambition, and the lengths people will go to when legitimate opportunities dry up. Dark comedy meets social commentary as the protagonists discover that building a fake faith is far more complicated than they anticipated, especially when their followers begin to take their invented beliefs seriously.
