Dryfsand(2007)

Dryfsand is a South African drama series in Afrikaans that follows the aftermath of a gold heist gone wrong. When a plane carrying bullion disappears from a small mining town, mine worker Carstens becomes the fall guy, losing his job in the process. Written by P.G. du Plessis and produced by Andre Scholtz, the series explores the mystery surrounding the vanished cargo and the consequences that ripple through Carstens' life.
