Three Moons Over Milford is a series about a small town facing imminent cosmic destruction. As Earth's final days approach, the residents of Milford abandon restraint and embrace extreme living. The Montgomery family embodies this chaos: Janet's husband has left to summit the world's seven tallest peaks, her daughter Lydia pursues witchcraft as a means of salvation, and her seventeen-year-old son Alex becomes entangled with an older neighbor. Each family member copes with apocalypse differently, their personal crises unfolding against the backdrop of planetary doom. The show explores how ordinary people respond when the end feels near—through escapism, spiritual seeking, and reckless desire.
