Hide and Seek is a competition series where six contestants hide within a designated location while a presenter has just one hour to find them all. The participants will go to extreme lengths to stay concealed—locking themselves in airless rooms, enduring freezing basements, dangling from heights, applying heavy disguises, and mastering risky stunt techniques. As the clock counts down, the stakes intensify. The presenter must rely on strategy and observation to locate each hidden player before time runs out. It's a high-stakes game of cat and mouse that tests both the ingenuity of those in hiding and the determination of the seeker.
