Walk Away and I Stumble(2005)

Walk Away and I Stumble is a British drama series that follows Andy Spader, a man who upends his stable life after 13 years of marriage and two teenage children. When he investigates a break-in at a travel agency, he meets the younger Claire Holmes and impulsively tells his wife he's leaving. The decision becomes complicated when Claire reveals she has an inoperable brain tumour with only months to live.
