Kabachitare!(2001)

Kabachitare! is a Japanese comedy series following Tamura Nozumi, an eternally optimistic waitress, and Sakada Chiharu, a sharp-witted legal secretary who goes far beyond her job description. The two meet at a clinic after Sakada helps Nozumi stand up to her boss's sexual harassment. Impressed by Nozumi's spirit, Sakada tries to recruit her into the legal world, convinced she has what it takes. But Nozumi is happy where she is, content serving tables. As their unlikely friendship deepens, the pair navigate mismatched ambitions and discover there's more than one way to fight for what matters.
