Don't Hesitate(2009)

Don't Hesitate is a South Korean drama about two wounded souls learning to trust again. Jang Soo-hyun once sacrificed everything for love—even donating her liver to her first boyfriend—only to be betrayed. Scarred by the experience, she's sworn off relationships entirely. Han Tae-woo, a man who's never believed in love, has built emotional walls to protect himself from further pain. When these two guarded strangers meet, something shifts.
