Van As & Sons(2012)

Van As & Sons is a Dutch series about a family demolition business in transition. Frans Van As has run the firm for decades, operating by his own rules and assumptions. When forced into retirement, he discovers none of his sons seem capable of taking over—until Eddy, the least skilled of them all, steps up to lead. Eddy arrives with ambitious plans for sweeping changes, but implementing them proves far harder than he anticipated. The show explores the clash between old-school methods and new ideas, family loyalty, and the messy reality of succession in a working-class business. Frans must learn to let go while Eddy struggles to prove himself worthy of the role.
