Jim Button(1999)

Jim Button is a young boy living on Tomorrow Land with his best friend Luke, a locomotive driver. When the island faces demolition to make room for Jim's home, Luke decides to leave on his trusty steam engine Emma—and Jim sneaks aboard for the adventure. Their journey takes them far beyond the island's shores into a dangerous world filled with pirates, the fearsome gang known as Wild 13, and a powerful dragon lady ruling over the desolate Sorrow Land. They discover that Wild 13 has kidnapped Princess Lisi Mandala and hidden her away, forcing Jim and Luke to mount a daring rescue. Along the way, they encounter the princess's father Emperor Poemkin, the scheming Prime Minister Pi Pa Poo, and a colorful cast of allies including the imperial cook and his grandson Ping Pong. This animated series blends adventure, friendship, and whimsy as two unlikely heroes face mounting perils to save a kingdom.
