The first two episodes establish the historical context that shaped the conflict's trajectory. Using archived material and historical documents, the series presents multiple perspectives on a war that fractured Lebanese society for fifteen years. This ambitious two-year project cost several hundred thousand dollars to produce, resulting in a comprehensive account of how regional tensions, political instability, and foreign intervention converged to fuel one of the Middle East's most devastating conflicts.
