The Fallen Leaf(2019)

The Fallen Leaf follows Nira, a sensitive boy rejected by his father and struggling with his identity. His mother's unconditional love sustains him until he develops feelings for his kind uncle-in-law Chatchavee, the only man besides her who truly understands him. When Chatchavee rejects his affections, Nira is devastated. With his mother's support, he decides to undergo sex reassignment surgery to transform his life.
