Psychopath Diary is a South Korean thriller series following Yook Dong-sik, an ordinary man whose life spirals into chaos after he witnesses a murder and grabs the killer's diary. Fleeing the scene, he suffers a car accident that erases his memory. Convinced by the diary's contents that he himself is a serial killer, Dong-sik begins living as a psychopath—unaware he's actually innocent. The premise mines dark comedy from his mistaken identity as he navigates a dangerous underworld, all while the real killer remains at large. Tension builds as those around him grow suspicious, and the truth threatens to surface, forcing Dong-sik to confront the consequences of his deception and fight for his life.
