Capitani(2019)

Capitani is a Luxembourg crime series that opens with the discovery of a teenage girl's body in a forest near the remote village of Manscheid. Detective Luc Capitani, a hardened investigator from the country's south, arrives to lead the inquiry but struggles against the tight-knit, protective culture of the northern community. He reluctantly partners with Elsa Ley, an ambitious local officer who knows the terrain and its people. As the two detectives dig deeper, they uncover layers of secrets and deception woven through the village's fabric, forcing them to question who can be trusted in a place where everyone has something to hide.
