Electric City(2012)

Electric City is an animated science fiction web series set in a post-apocalyptic world. Created by Tom Hanks, the show follows life in Electric City, a seemingly orderly settlement that offers peace and security amid global ruin. Beneath its utopian surface, however, corruption festers. Secrets, black-market dealings, dangerous pursuits and murder threaten the fragile order. The series balances the promise of civilization rebuilt with the darker impulses that emerge when survival is no longer the only concern. Tension builds as characters navigate competing loyalties and hidden agendas in humanity's last refuge.
