Midnight Phantom is the tenth installment in the afternoon soap opera series adapted from Martha Cecilia's pocket book of the same name. It premiered on ABS-CBN on July 12, 2010, and became the first installment to air simultaneously with its successor, Impostor. The series marked the television return of Rafael Rosell, Denise Laurel, and Ina Raymundo, with Ina making her comeback after an eight-year absence from the small screen. Denise and Ina reunite to play a mother-daughter pair, reprising their dynamic from the second season of Pangako Sa'yo in 2001.
