Movers(2022)

Movers is a Russian series following two men, Vitya and Borya, who discover an afterlife unlike any they expected. After death, they wake each day in the bodies of strangers, tasked with completing moral missions to balance their karmic ledger. A mysterious mechanism judges their earthly deeds and offers them a chance at redemption through good works. Each completed task shifts their karma up or down, like points in a video game. As they inhabit different lives and navigate unfamiliar circumstances, Vitya and Borya must confront the consequences of their past actions while learning what it truly means to change. The series blends dark comedy with philosophical questions about redemption, second chances, and whether anyone can ever truly escape their past.
