Sasori(2004)

Sasori is a Japanese revenge thriller following Nami, who witnesses her parents' murder on her 18th birthday by a scarred stranger. Falsely imprisoned for the crime, she endures brutal conditions and corrupt officials while plotting her escape. Once free, Nami descends into Japan's criminal underworld, methodically hunting the man with the burn mark on his hand. Driven by vengeance, she eliminates anyone who stands between her and her target. The series explores themes of injustice, survival, and retribution as Nami transforms from victim to relentless avenger, leaving a trail of casualties in her wake.
