Sirens(2002)

Sirens follows Ali Pearson, an English law officer caught in a dangerous double life. She's secretly involved with her sister's boyfriend while the police department hunts a serial rapist across the city. When the investigation narrows and Ali's lover becomes the prime suspect, she faces an impossible choice: confess the relationship and destroy her family, or stay silent and obstruct justice. As the case accelerates and new evidence about the suspect emerges, Ali runs out of time to decide what she's willing to lose—her career, her sister, or her integrity. The series builds tension through Ali's moral collapse, forcing her to confront the consequences of her deception as the investigation closes in.
