Vale Tudo(1988)

Vale Tudo is a Brazilian drama series following Fátima Accioly, an ambitious young woman willing to do whatever it takes to escape poverty and achieve wealth. After selling her family's rural home, she moves to Rio de Janeiro and becomes entangled with César, a morally corrupt businessman. Her mother Raquel, left behind with nothing, eventually follows her daughter to the city. When both women cross paths with the wealthy Roitman family, their lives take unexpected and transformative turns. The series explores ambition, class struggle, and moral compromise against the backdrop of 1980s Rio, as characters navigate a world where ethics often yield to desire.
