Special Silencers(1982)

Special Silencers is a surreal fantasy film centered on mysterious red pills sourced from a forest mystic that promise meditative enlightenment. When used by the unprepared, however, the pills trigger a horrifying transformation: a massive tree sprouts inside the user's body and violently tears through their skin. The film explores the dangerous intersection of spiritual seeking and bodily horror, blending contemplative themes with grotesque body-horror elements.
