Chill Factor is an action thriller about a store clerk and an ice cream truck driver who become unlikely partners when a dying scientist hands them a deadly chemical that must stay frozen at all costs. The compound, codenamed Elvis, will annihilate all life on earth if it thaws. The pair races against time to deliver it to a military base while evading terrorists determined to steal it for ransom. What begins as an ordinary day spirals into a high-stakes chase across hostile terrain, where keeping the chemical cold becomes a matter of global survival. The film balances humor with genuine peril as two ordinary men find themselves thrust into extraordinary circumstances, forced to rely on each other and their wits to prevent catastrophe.
