The House of Lost Souls(1989)

The House of Lost Souls is a horror film following a group of young geologists stranded at a decaying hotel in a remote location. Unaware of the building's dark history, they discover the property was abandoned for two decades after its owner massacred his family and guests twenty years prior. As night falls, inexplicable phenomena escalate into a series of brutal murders. The geologists must confront both the supernatural forces haunting the hotel and the possibility that something far more sinister still lurks within its walls. Tension mounts as they realize escape may be impossible and survival uncertain.
