Bhadra(2005)

Bhadra is a 2005 Telugu action film directed by debutant Boyapati Srinu, starring Ravi Teja and Meera Jasmine in the lead roles. The film follows a high-stakes narrative centered on conflict and tension, blending romance with intense drama. Bhadra became successful enough to spawn multiple remakes across Indian cinema: a Tamil version titled Saravana featuring Silambarasan and Jyothika, and a Bengali adaptation called Josh with Jeet and Srabonti. The film also featured an item number by dancer Linda Arsenio. It was later dubbed into Malayalam as Brahmam, expanding its reach across South Indian audiences.
