Marker is a horror film set in an isolated Pacific Northwest town where teenage Sylvia discovers she's contracted a mysterious virus that has secretly plagued the women of her community for decades, forcing them into hiding and shame. As she undergoes a disturbing physical transformation, Sylvia is drawn into a persecuted underworld of infected women and begins a strange journey of self-discovery. The film blends coming-of-age drama with body horror, pitting Sylvia against the town's unaffected citizens in a struggle for survival and autonomy.
