Hotel Trainees follows four hotel management graduates—Yue Ran, Ning Jiajia, Su Shan, and Luo Fei—as they secure internships at the prestigious international chain BYT after rigorous selection. Rather than driven by ambition, each arrives with personal agendas: some seek to escape romantic heartbreak, others hope to network with wealthy guests. As they navigate the demands of luxury hospitality, their misaligned motivations and personal baggage collide with the realities of professional service. The series explores whether these reluctant interns will find genuine purpose in their work or remain caught between their private struggles and workplace expectations.
