An Anatolian Tale is a Turkish series following Taner, a young inventor in the rural town of Gedelli who sacrifices his dreams for his family's survival. After his father's death, Taner forgoes admission to Science High School to support his household, despite his passion for learning. His mother constantly pressures him toward marriage, but Taner's heart remains fixed on Dilek, his childhood sweetheart whom he never forgot.
