Praktika is a Russian drama series following surgeon Zhenya Koroleva, whose world shifts when ambitious Moscow manager Ilya Sokolov arrives at her hospital determined to overhaul its operations. Zhenya resists his push for modernization, clinging to her established methods, but their opposing philosophies force them into constant collaboration.
