The Way Of The Hot & Spicy is a Japanese series following Sarukawa Kenta, a drinks company marketer transferred from Osaka to Tokyo for a promotion. Instead of the fresh start he hoped for, Kenta inherits all the difficult clients his new colleagues avoid, leaving him isolated and struggling to fit in. When his boss Tanioka Kazuhiko, a passionate devotee of fiercely spicy food, takes him under his wing, Kenta discovers an unexpected path to connection. Through the world of intensely flavored cuisine, he begins to build relationships, find his footing in the Tokyo office, and uncover a deeper sense of purpose beyond the corporate grind.
