Ear of the Golden Dragon(1995)

Ear of the Golden Dragon is a series following Kiroemon Natsume, the newly appointed 45th leader of his family, who inherits a supernatural power of extreme luck sealed within his left ear. Returning to Japan from Italy to assume his father's position, Kiroemon encounters Kanako, a member of the rival Mina family, and falls for her. When he learns the Minas are holding her hostage as leverage against him, Kiroemon becomes determined to rescue her at any cost. The show blends family intrigue with romantic tension as ancient powers and clan rivalries collide.
