The Norm Show(1999)

The Norm Show follows Norm Henderson, a washed-up hockey player banned from the sport after gambling debts and tax evasion catch up with him. Rather than face prison time, he's sentenced to community service as a social worker. Norm's unconventional approach and impatience with bureaucracy clash constantly with his colleagues, creating comedy from his fish-out-of-water struggle in an office environment.
