Lovers(2006)

Lovers is a South Korean drama that weaves romance through a tangle of mistaken identity and dangerous connections. Kang Jae, a wealthy businessman with ties to organized crime, meets Mi Joo, a sharp-witted plastic surgeon, when she mistakes him for her disreputable brother-in-law. The complication deepens when Mi Joo discovers Kang Jae is already dating her pregnant neighbour, Yoo Jin.
