Hey Dude is an American Western comedy series that aired on Nickelodeon from 1989 to 1991. Set at the fictional Bar None Dude Ranch near Tucson, Arizona, the show follows the ranch owner, his son, a female ranch hand, and four teenage summer employees as they navigate life and work on the property. Blending humor with the laid-back atmosphere of ranch life, Hey Dude was one of Nickelodeon's early original live-action series, aimed at a teenage audience. The show became a staple of the network's programming throughout the 1990s, with reruns airing until 1999 and later returning on TeenNick.
