Threatening Prayer is a series that follows Madrim, a man whose lifelong devotion to prayer begins to fracture under the weight of unanswered pleas. Desperate and disillusioned, he makes a bold ultimatum to God: grant his wishes or face abandonment. When supernatural power finally arrives, bringing wealth beyond measure, Madrim discovers a cruel irony—riches cannot restore what he's truly lost. His estranged wife remains beyond his reach, no matter how much fortune he accumulates. The series explores themes of faith tested by desperation, the cost of ambition, and the limits of divine intervention when human desires clash with fate.
