Musikladen(1972)

Musikladen is a West German music television series that aired from December 1972 to November 1984. The program succeeded the 1960s show Beat-Club, bringing live performances and artist interviews to viewers across the country. Each episode featured emerging and established musicians performing their latest hits, capturing the energy of the era's rock, pop, and electronic music scenes. The series became a cultural touchstone for German television, launching careers and introducing international acts to local audiences. Musikladen eventually gave way to Extratour, but its legacy endured as one of Europe's most influential music programs of the 1970s and early 1980s.
