Bandit of the Brothers(2012)

Bandit of the Brothers is a historical drama set during Japanese occupation. Merchant Fang Zhenyu refuses to serve as a puppet mayor and becomes a target of the occupying forces. An undercover agent approaches him with a dangerous proposition: join a covert resistance movement. Fang accepts and helps establish the Anti-Japanese United Army, leading a secret fight for freedom in the occupied town of Linkou. Caught between survival and duty, he navigates treacherous alliances and constant danger as the resistance works to undermine enemy control. The series explores themes of courage, sacrifice, and the moral cost of rebellion during wartime.
