Shatun(2004)

Shatun is a Russian thriller series that reunites six old school friends at a country cottage for a modest reunion celebrating fifteen years since graduation. The group—an investigator, doctor, wealthy housewife, businessman, alcoholic, and actor—represents wildly different lives and professions. Their nostalgic gathering takes a dark turn when a massive, aggressive bear appears near the house during the celebration. A gunshot rings out and the beast falls dead. What begins as a tense wildlife encounter spirals into something far more sinister, forcing the friends to confront secrets buried since their school days and question whether the danger has truly passed.
