Asoke's Shadow(2016)

Asoke's Shadow is a Thai drama following Bpeeyachat, a young orphan who finds refuge with Viyada's family after losing her grandmother. Years earlier, Bpeeyachat had befriended Monthai, a wealthy boy, but their connection fractures when he leaves for studies abroad. While engaged to Viyada, Monthai writes letters that Bpeeyachat secretly answers, as Viyada pursues other interests. When Monthai's mother falls ill, Bpeeyachat selflessly steps in to care for her, though Viyada refuses. Upon his return, Monthai mistakes Bpeeyachat for a fortune hunter and treats her with contempt. Gradually, his feelings shift as he recognizes her devotion. Complications emerge when Viyada suddenly reappears, threatening the fragile bond forming between Monthai and Bpeeyachat.
