EXIT is a South Korean drama following Kang Soo, a loan shark trapped in a cycle of poverty and abuse. Abandoned by his mother after his father's violence, Kang Soo works under the brutal Hwang Tae Bok, repaying a debt that feels endless. His only hope is reuniting with his mother and building a better life—a dream that seems impossibly out of reach. When a mysterious research center advertises the chance to experience genuine happiness, Kang Soo sees a glimmer of possibility. But the price is steep: 300,000 dollars. Desperate and determined, he devises a dangerous plan to steal the money from Tae Bok. The series explores whether Kang Soo can break free from his nightmarish reality or if his past will pull him back under.
