Speed of Life(2016)

Speed of Life is a Hong Kong police drama following traffic inspector To Cheuk Fung, a stern and dedicated officer who leads undercover operations against speeding, drunk driving, and unlicensed motorists. Despite his cold demeanor, Cheuk Fung shares an unlikely friendship with the outgoing Sze Ma. When rookie cop Bui Sam Yau joins their unit, she unexpectedly breaks through Cheuk Fung's emotional walls, forming a father-daughter bond that transforms both their lives. As Sam Yau proves herself capable, she catches Sze Ma's attention and transfers to his team, where friction emerges with the by-the-book officer Yiu Yiu. The unit's focus shifts when a reckless racing gang begins terrorizing the streets and taunting police. Assigned to hunt them down, Cheuk Fung finds himself crossing dangerous lines as a haunting past he's long buried resurfaces to threaten everything he's built.
