Getting By(1993)

Getting By is an American sitcom that premiered on ABC in March 1993 as part of the network's popular TGIF lineup. Created by William Bickley and Michael Warren, the series found early success before internal politics between ABC and Miller-Boyett Productions prompted a move to NBC for its second season. The show ran on ABC until May 1993, then continued on NBC from September 1993 through June 1994. It marked the final Miller-Boyett series to launch under Lorimar Television before the studio's absorption by Warner Bros. Despite its promising start, Getting By couldn't sustain momentum across both networks and concluded after just over a year on air.
