Rainbow Chart follows Kureno Masora, a young doctor who leaves her position at a prestigious Tokyo hospital after learning she has a serious illness. Rather than abandon medicine, she takes a job at a small-town clinic in the village of Niji no Mura, determined to keep her condition secret. As Masora settles into rural life, she encounters a cast of distinctive villagers whose stories and struggles gradually reshape her perspective. Through these encounters, she discovers unexpected meaning in her work and learns to embrace life with renewed enthusiasm despite her personal challenges.
